WESTBOROUGH- Helen A. Houde, 79, of Westborough, died Tuesday, December 8, 2009 at Hearthstone at Golden Pond in Hopkinton. She was the wife of Wilfred P. Houde.
Born in Chicago, Illinois, she was the daughter of the late Onni and Helen (Sager) Isaacson and was a graduate of Calumet High School in Chicago.
Mrs. Houde was employed as a secretary to the Chief of Medicine at Framingham Union Hospital prior to her retirement.
She was a member of the Good Shepherd Lutheran Church and enjoyed playing piano, singing and reading.
She is survived by three daughters, Linda L. England of Nashua, NH, Janet G. Freitas of Franconia, NH and Rene M. Flynn of Marlborough; six grandchildren and one great grandchild.
Private services will be held in the Britton-Summers Funeral Home, 4 Church St., Westborough, with burial in Pine Grove Cemetery.
