Allan E. Storey

Allan E. Storey, 80, of Port Charlotte, FL. and Holland, MA., formerly of Westborough, died Monday, April. 03, 2017, in Port Charlotte, FL.

 He was the husband of the late June H. Storey. Born in Westborough, he was the son of the late Ralph and Elizabeth (Dunn) Storey.  He was also the father to the late Gale Storey.

Mr. Storey was a graduate of San Diego State University and the GE Apprenticeship Program in partnership with UMass College of Engineering. He was employed by both GE and Raytheon for many years.

 He is survived by two sons, Mark A. Storey of Attleboro along with his wife Charlotte, and John D. Storey of Shrewsbury along with his wife Lisa; two daughters, Carol L. Hess of Old Saybrook, CT along with her husband Michael, and Jill L. DiForte of Mansfield along with her husband Craig; one brother, David A. Storey of Hadley, MA. and nine grandchildren.

 A celebration of life service will be held Friday, April. 14th , at 11 a.m., in the Doubtletree Hotel at 5400 Computer Dr., Westborough.  Interment in Pine Grove Cemetery will be private. There are no calling hours. Instead of flowers, donations may be made to the National Kidney Foundation, Attn: Finance Dept. 30 East 33rd St., New York, NY 10016.
