Carolyn F. Knight

Carolyn F. Knight, 78, of Westborough passed away on Tuesday, November 7, 2017 at the MetroWest Medical Center in Framingham surrounded by her loving family. She was the wife of Robert A. Knight.

Born in Brockton, she was the daughter of the late Franklin and Doris (Bolinder) Dalton. She was educated in Brockton and Framingham schools and graduated from Framingham Union Hospital School of Nursing.

Carolyn was employed as a registered nurse at Westborough Healthcare for many years prior to her retirement.

She enjoyed knitting, crocheting, needle point, reading and cooking. She also enjoyed spending time at York Beach, Maine and loved her cats.

In addition to her husband she is survived by three children, Christopher S. Knight and his wife, Heather, of Shrewsbury, Eric R. Knight of Westborough and Elizabeth A. Felton and her husband, Danny, of Westborough; one brother, Craig Dalton and his wife, Verna, of Kingston, MA; one sister, Janet Snow and her husband, Norman, of Framingham and four grandchildren, Benjamin and Madison Knight and Hunter and Brooke Felton.

A memorial service will be held between 11:30 am 1:00pm on November 18, 2017 at the Congregational Church in Shrewsbury, MA, 19 Church Road.  In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Westborough Food Pantry, P.O. Box 502 and/or the Westborough Fire Department Ambulance Gift Fund, 42 Milk St. Both charities are in Westborough, MA 01581
