     Dennis E. "DJ" Fay, 45, died unexpectedly Sunday after being stricken ill on Saturday.  He was born in Worcester, the son of Dennis E. Fay of Westborough and the late Sandra (McKinstry) Fay. He was also the stepson of Sheila Fay of Westborough.  DJ lived in Oxford, Westborough and, most recently, Worcester.  
     DJ worked for Washington Mills in Grafton as a Kiln Operator and Production Worker, was an avid gamer, and enjoyed fishing. 
     Besides his father and stepmother he is survived by two sisters; Denise Wales of RI and Tara Fay of PA, a stepson Tristan Gilmore of MA, and many aunts, uncles and cousins. 
     His funeral will be held on Saturday at 11:00 a.m. in the David A. Pickering Westborough Funeral Home, 62 West Main St. Westborough.  An hour of visitation will be held on  Saturday morning from 10:00-11:00 a.m. prior to the service.
