Mary Patricia Ross

MILFORD- Mary Patricia (Pat) Ross, 66, of Milford, Nantucket and Naples, FL, formerly of Ashland, passed away peacefully at home on Friday, December 4, 2015. She was the fiancé of John E. Rainey.

Born in Newton, she was the daughter of the late Edward and Mary (Ford) Ross. She was educated and graduated from Sacred Heart Parochial School in Newton Center. She also attended and graduated from Newton Junior College.

Pat was employed as the human resource specialist for the Town of Framingham for many years. She was also a licensed Real Estate Broker in the greater Framingham area.

Pat enjoyed photography, traveling, decorating and was an avid reader.

In addition to her fiancé she is survived by two sisters, Marjory R. O’Day of Nantucket and Susan T. Nelson of Acton; one aunt, Pat McLaughlin; nephews and nieces, Robert O’Day, Elizabeth O’Day, Christopher O’Day, Patricia Nelson  and Thomas Nelson and her cousins, Barbara Pittman, Therese McLaughlin, Mary Ann McGuire and Colleen Rossi. She is also survived by her extended Caron family.

Her funeral Mass will be celebrated on Wednesday, December 9, at 10:30 A.M in St. Luke the Evangelist Church, 70 West Main St., Westborough. Burial will follow in St. Luke’s Cemetery.

Calling hours at the Rand-Harper-Pickering Westborough Funeral Home, 62 West Main St., Westborough, are Tuesday, December 8, from 4 to 7 P.M.
