Priscilla H. Ryder

WESTBOROUGH- Priscilla H. Ryder, 92, of Westborough, passed away peacefully on Monday, February 11, 2013 at the Beaumont Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing Center. She was the wife of the late Ernest W. Ryder.

Born in Torrington, CT, she was the daughter of the late George and Matilda (Nassif) Haddad. She attended Northampton schools and graduated from the Mary A. Burnham High School.

Priscilla worked in various sales positions and mainly was a homemaker dedicated to her home and family.

She enjoyed needlepoint and making puppets to entertain children, was an avid Red Sox Fan and has been a resident of Westborough for the past 15 years previously living in Newton.

Priscilla is survived by her three children, Sharon Lee of New York City, Susan Charlton and her partner, Wes Carr, of Ipswich and John Ryder and his fiancée, Lisa Bolotte, of Maynard; two grandchildren, Kelly Marie Longo and Genevieve Rose Ryder; one great grandson, Max Longo and a niece, Diane Jurmain and her husband Peter.

She was the sister of the late Genevieve Schiffmacher.

Funeral services will be held privately.
