WESTBOROUGH- Elaine E. Gesell, 73, of Westborough, died on Thursday, October 25, 2012 at the Beaumont Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Northborough after a courageous battle with cancer.
She is survived by her son, Russell Randall and his fiancé Heather Hill of Willington, CT; daughters, Deborah Randall of Northborough, Laurie Morse and her husband Keith of Millbury, Jeanne Davies of Westborough; and her brother, Robert Trumble of South Carolina, as well as five grandchildren: Jason, Christopher, Sean, Sarah and Adam.
She was predeceased by her second husband, Glenn E. Gesell; her mother, Muriel Trumble; her father, William B. Trumble; her brother, William J.Trumble; and her sister, Beverly Trumble.
Elaine was born in Brockton, MA and educated in Newton Public Schools. She was employed as an administrative assistant in the computer industry before retiring in 2004 due to health reasons.
She was a beautiful woman with a wonderful personality and sense of humor. She enjoyed swimming, yoga, country and ballroom dancing, cooking and sewing.
A private service and burial will held at the convenience of the family. Rand-Harper-Pickering Westborough Funeral Home, 62 West Main Street, Westborough, MA is assisting the family with arrangements.
