Agnes M. Correia, 93, of North Grafton, MA, embraced her eternal rest on Monday, November 4th, 2024, leaving behind a beautiful legacy of love and joy. Her warmth and grace touched countless lives as a cherished mother and grandmother. Agnes's remarkable gift for spreading sunshine, even on cloudy days, will forever live in the hearts of those blessed to know her. Her generous spirit, gentle nature, and unwavering optimism were daily inspirations to all who crossed her path. Through her example, she taught us that every day holds something to smile about, a lesson that will continue to brighten lives for generations to come.

Agnes's legacy shines through her remarkable talents and dedication to both family and career. Her kitchen was a place where love and culinary magic met, as she delighted in creating unforgettable meals that brought her family together across generations. Not only did she excel as a homemaker, nurturing a warm and welcoming household, but she also pioneered as a professional woman at Hewlett Packard, where she took pride in her role managing switchboard services during the dawn of the high-tech era. Her ability to balance career and family life with such grace and skill serves as an inspiration to all who knew her.

Agnes's remarkable journey began in Dighton, MA, as the beloved daughter of Isabell and Manual Correia. Her childhood was rich with memories of farm life, where she learned the values of hard work and family bonds that would shape her entire life. During World War II, her family showed their patriotic spirit by serving as civilian lookouts, contributing to the nation's defense from their farmstead. Adventure called when the family embarked on an exciting new chapter, moving across the country to California. It was there that destiny smiled upon Agnes as she met the love of her life, who would become her husband and partner in their greatest adventure yet - raising four wonderful sons together.

Drawn back to her Massachusetts roots, Agnes - lovingly known as Peggy to family and dear friends - blessed her home state with nearly two decades of her radiant presence. These precious years were filled with countless moments of joy as she wove her special magic into the lives of family and friends alike. Her gift for making everyone feel special and welcomed never dimmed, as she continued to touch hearts and brighten days with her signature warmth and gracious spirit. Each day was an opportunity for her to share her wonderful way of seeing the beauty in life, creating lasting memories that her loved ones will forever cherish.

Agnes's beautiful spirit lives on through her precious family - her four devoted sons: Mark, Paul, John, and Mario, their spouses Kathleen and Amy and her beloved grandchildren: Darlene, Josh, Amanda, Derrick, and Cody. And the loving people from her most recent family Tim and Cathy.  Each of them carries within their hearts the special gifts of love, kindness, and wisdom that she so generously shared throughout her life. Though they will miss her gentle presence dearly, her legacy of love will continue to guide and inspire them, as her light shines on through the lives she touched so deeply.

Calling hours and burial services will be private.
