Jean B. Orlando, 86, a lifelong Westborough resident, passed away peacefully on Monday, November 13, 2023, at the Rose Monahan Hospice Home in Worcester surrounded by her loving family.
Born in Westborough, she was a daughter of the late Michael and Antoinette (Antonio) Orlando, and was raised and educated in Westborough. She was a graduate of Westborough High School and earned her associate degree at Becker College.
Prior to retirement, Miss Orlando was employed at Bay State Abrasives for many years. In her earlier years, she worked as a medical secretary for Dr. Cochran’s office in Westborough.
Jean was a communicant of St. Luke the Evangelist Church and was a member of the St. Luke’s Woman’s Club and the St. Luke’s Senior Adults. She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends.
She is survived by her sisters, Constance Malhoit and Ann Marie Brown, both of Westborough, many nieces and nephews, and her extended family.
She is predeceased by her siblings, Camillo, Leo, Louis, Michael, Joseph, Rose, Angelina, Mary, Louise and Antoinette.
Her funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10 A.M. on Saturday, November 18, in St. Luke the Evangelist Church, 70 West Main St. Westborough. Burial will follow in St. Luke’s Cemetery, Westborough.
There are no calling hours.
