Mary Nguyen

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Mary, 89 years old, on August 7, 2025, of Westborough, Massachusetts. Mary was born on September 6, 1935 in Hai Phong, Vietnam, and lived a quiet life full of love, kindness, generosity, and devotion to family.

She is survived by her beloved husband, Thinh Joseph Pham, son Long Don Pham, his wife Hollie, and children, daughter Phuong Therese Pham, her husband Su and children, son Phuong Paul Pham, his wife Loanne and children, son Tony Anh Pham, his wife Nhu-My and children, son Hung John Pham, his wife Thu and children, daughter Trang Anne Pham and children.

Her funeral Mass will be held celebrated on Saturday, August 16th, at 11:30 AM in St. Luke the Evangelist Church, 70 West Main Street, Westborough. Burial will follow at St. Luke’s Cemetery, 26 Hopkinton Road, Westborough.

Visitation will be held from 9:00 to 11:00 AM on Saturday, August 16th, in the Pickering & Son Westborough Funeral Home, 62 West Main Street, Westborough, prior to the funeral Mass.

Family, friends, and all whose lives were touched by Mary are welcome to attend and celebrate her life.
