Ann Nancy Popsuj

Ann Nancy Popsuj, 76, of Westborough, passed away on Friday, January 28, 2022, at the UMass/Memorial Healthcare-University Hospital. She was the wife of Alexander A. Popsuj for 55 years.

Born in Dorchester, she was the daughter of the late James and Mary (Delorey) O’Neil. She was educated in Dorchester and was a graduate of St. Gregory’s High School. She also attended and graduated from Aquinas Business School in Milton.

Nancy was a homemaker dedicated to her family. She enjoyed traveling with her husband to Barbados, Florida, and any place with sun and fun. She created many happy memories on the cape with her family, including her son, daughter-in-law, and grandchildren.  Nancy was a communicant of St. Luke the Evangelist Church and enjoyed shopping, fashion, staging homes, and decorating.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by her daughter-in-law, Karen M. Popsuj of Northbridge; two grandchildren, Alexandra and Zachary Popsuj; one sister, Barbara Hill and her husband, Frank, of Norwell and three nephews.  She also leaves numerous cousins and godchildren who she loved very much.

Nancy was predeceased by her son Scott A. Popsuj and her sister, Jayne McCarthy.

Her funeral Mass will be celebrated on Friday, February 11, at 11:00 A.M. in St. Luke the Evangelist Church, 70 West Main St., Westborough. Burial will be private.

Calling hours at the Pickering & Son Westborough Funeral Home, 62 West Main St., Westborough, are Thursday, February 10, from 4 to 7 P.M.
