Eileen K. Kender

Eileen K. (Donnellan) Kender, 55, of Worcester, passed away peacefully following a brief illness, surrounded by her loving family, on Saturday, November 11, 2017 at the Rose Monahan Hospice Home in Worcester. She was the wife of David B. Kender.

Born in Holyoke, she was the daughter of the late Edward and Dorothy (Starbard) Donnellan. She was educated in Springfield schools and was a graduate of Westfield State College.

Eileen was employed as a project manager for New England Sports Representatives in Westborough.

In addition to her husband and best friend, she is survived by six siblings, Mary (and Donald) Main of Chelmsford, Edward (and Cathy Semans) of Baltimore, Joseph (and Suzanne Mattson) of Newton, Christopher (and Mary Ellen) of Falls Church, VA, Caroline Donnellan of Northampton and Suzanne (and Walter) Gaffney of West Springfield, and leaves her cherished nieces, nephews and grandnephew.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held in Eileen’s memory on Saturday, December 2, at 10:00 A.M. in The First United Methodist Church, 120 West Main St., Westborough.
