Jorge M. Ramos

Jorge M. Ramos, 60, of Westborough, passed away suddenly on Thursday, January 21, 2021 in his home. He is the beloved husband to Kathleen J. (Sandquist) Ramos.

Born in Montijo, Portugal, he was a son of Matilde Marreiros de Jesus Ramos of Portimão, Portugal, and the late José da Silva Ramos. He was raised and educated in Portimão, Portugal. He then pursued an undergraduate and graduate degree in Economics - Finance at Bentley College in Waltham, MA.   

Over the years Jorge worked as a Consultant and a Project Manager employed by various companies implementing financial and payroll software.

Jorge enjoyed cooking, traveling, soccer, sharing stories, home projects and everything related to history.

In addition to his wife and mother, he is survived by his son, Tor Ramos of Westborough; his brothers, José Ramos of the Island of Terceira in Azores, Portugal and Paulo Ramos of Portimão, Portugal, and several nieces and nephews.

Due to the current gathering restrictions, his funeral service in the Pickering & Son Westborough Funeral Home will take place privately.
