Lisa M. Campbell

Lisa Marie Campbell, 51, of Westborough, passed away in the early morning hours of Friday, August 26, 2022 after a hard-fought battle with cancer.

Lisa was born in Boston and is the daughter of David and Elaine (Nelson) Larsen of Portland, Maine and is also a loving sister to Kate Leahy. She is a graduate of Framingham State College which is where she met her husband Robert B. Campbell. Her occupation and training was as a Wildlife Biologist. She also spent a time as a middle school science teacher, a job that she enjoyed very much. Her passion was Wildlife Photography and spent much of her time outdoors photographing birds and other wildlife. Lisa loved and enjoyed nature which can be seen in her photographic works, her signature works often included Bluebirds and Hummingbirds in flight along with Raptors such as Hawks and Ospreys.

Lisa was also a loving and devoted mother to her son Elijah G. Campbell. She valued the bonds of family and friendship above all else. Lisa is survived by her parents and her sister as well as her husband and her son, all of whom will miss her very much. 

A graveside funeral service will be held on Wednesday, August 31, at 11:00 A.M. in Pine Grove Cemetery, South St., Westborough.
