Lynn S. Watts

Lynn S. Watts, 85, of Westborough, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, February 8, 2022, at her home surrounded by family. 

She was born on April 15, 1936 in Battle Creek, Michigan, to the late Warren and Louise (Woodward) Seibold.  She was the first person from her High School to attend college out of state in 40 years.  While at Wellesley she met her future husband H. Clifford Watts who was attending Harvard while on a blind date.  They married on June 16, 1956.

The Watts moved frequently because of the Navy and later with Norton Company. They moved from Germany and settled in Westboro in 1972.

In Westboro, Lynn served on the Personnel board in town.  She was also instrumental in creating Arts In Common which became a popular Music and Arts event in the community 

She is survived by her husband Cliff, her sons David and Tim, and daughters Nancy Orfao and Julia Carolino. She also leaves twelve grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.  She will be greatly missed.

Calling hours will be held from 2 to 5 PM on Saturday, February 12, in the Pickering & Son Westborough Funeral Home, 62 West Main St. Westborough.

A celebration of life will be held privately at a later date with her family.
